The Accredited Treasury Professional (ATP) certification is ideal for professionals involved in treasury management and investment.  Treasury Management is the management of all financial affairs of a company that involves planning, organizing and controlling of funds and working capital for the firm.

The typical function of a treasury professional is to make the best possible use of a company’s funds, maintain its liquidity, reduce its overall cost of funds, and mitigate its operational and financial risk.

The Treasury Professional is also involved in raising funds for the business from various sources, managing currency risks and cash flows and other strategies for corporate finance.

AFMA Certification can be obtained by undertaking an AFMA approved Training Program.
