The Certified Mindset Development Practitioner (CMDP) reconises that globalisation and technology that offer a variety of multi-dimensional competition in work and life requires a growing and holistic mindset. A growth and holistic mindset makes it easier for everyone to see opportunities and to strategize to win increasingly disruptive competition. Everyone must be able to shift the static mindset to the growth mindset and change the partial mindset to a holistic mindset so as not to become a victim of competition. Growth and holistic mindset will form a whole mindset. The whole mindset makes it easier for someone to colour their own destiny.
A person’s mindset is very much determined by the dominance of his thinking ability. The dominance of thinking abilities forms only four (4) types of people in the world, namely thinkers, challengers, lovers, and dreamers. The thinker is rational person, the Challenger is ambition person, the Lover is sensitive person, and the Dreamer is imaginative (creative) person. These four types of people have very different mindsets about anything including defining roles in life and work. This difference causes conflict and disputes. Basically, everyone is rational, ambitious, sensitive, and imaginative. However, everyone does not realise it because the dominance of the ability to think is genetically different. When everyone only relies on their dominant thinking ability, then the mindset will become static and partial. The whole mindset will make it easier for everyone to have comprehensive thinking, making it easier for someone to become an actor not a victim in life and work so that someone can define their own destiny.
