The Certified Quality Analyst (CQA) certification is ideal for those who wish to develop the skills and experience for gathering, analysing and presenting data to improve the quality of services in an organization. As a CQA, you will be among a highly-select group with specific skills and expertise in:
- Collecting data to meet multiple requirements at local, regional, state and federal levels (such as organisation specific quality frameworks, core indicators, national standards and state regulations);
- Interpreting data; and
- Understanding the purpose of quality indicators while learning to collect data relevant to those indicators
AFMA Certification can be obtained by undertaking an AFMA approved Training Program.
Training: For those wishing to undertake training to obtain certification, this course covers in an integrated manner: designing a data collection system that’s meaningful to your specific organization; establishing inter-rater reliability within your organization and understanding why this is a critical component to data analysis; making strategic recommendations and decisions based on data, information and knowledge, and creating a quality management report that is easy to understand and use.
Assessments: These are designed to validate your knowledge of the subject area, as well as increase employability skills, and coaching skills by testing that knowledge and your ability to apply it (i.e., competency).
The Certified Quality Analyst ( CQA)TM Board Certification is awarded to individuals who have met our requirements.

| Online Training | For those wishing to undertake training to obtain certification, this course provides skills in business valuation; including the ability to build strong client and employee relations and significant knowledge in valuation issues and positions. Training in the effective research of prospective clients and developing new business opportunities is also undertaken. Since business valuation managers supervise teams, these undertaking the training will also be able to delegate and prioritize work effectively across different roles and functional teams; and prepare financial modeling for acquisition/disposition strategies and buy-out. |
